Online Booking
Guidelines for Guest House Booking
- The participants of training programmes conducted by the CSIR-HRDC need not request separately for booking hostel accommodation. It is automatically booked after the confirmation of your nomination.
- The request for guest house booking needs to be submitted through online booking portal at least 3 days in advance and not prior to one month. Requests with incomplete information may be rejected.
- Please use your official email ID and official ID card for guest house booking.
- Please provide the name and your relationship with all the accompanying guests correctly which is required for billing purposes.
- Confirmation of booking will be given by E-mail. In the event of training/workshop/seminar/urgent official requirements, the management may cancel the guest house booking.
- Any change in the arrival/departure of guests needs to be brought to the notice of the Guest House In-charge immediately through email id ghghaziabad.hrdc@csir.res.in.
- Requests for change/extension for accommodation need to be re applied at online booking portal.
- Original ID proof must be provided at the reception by the guests at the time of check-in.
- One day will be counted on a 24-hour check-out basis.
- Other Govt. Departments officials are requested to use their official email ID and official ID card for guest house booking.
- Incase of non-functioning of online booking portal, applicant are advised to apply through booking form (Guesthouse Booking Form) and send it on email id ghghaziabad.hrdc@csir.res.in using their official email ID.
