ACTIVITIES

 Organisational Activities

§        Organize talks, sharing of knowledge among other staff.

§        Design a website with profile of each alumnus.

§        Develop other visible products – e-journals, manuals

§        Establish a directory of alumni, listing their contact details, core specializations for future networking.

§        Organize an annual retreat of alumni to enhance capacity building.

§        CLIFF presentation at each new LDP

Thematic Activities

§        Provide inputs on leadership and managerial issues to CSIR-HQ and within laboratories.

§        Evolve and execute high impact, inter-disciplinary, mission based tasks.

§        Organize theme-based brainstorming sessions.

§        Rationalize performance appraisals of CSIR staff and boost staff retention & attraction
